2021 will soon be over and, just like for 2020, this year was mainly marked by the COVID pandemic which makes the situation very difficult. The first half of the year was very uncertain for us, but as soon as the situation appeared to get better and dojo started to reopen, we were overwhelmed by orders! Our days lengthened, and everyone had to work double to make sure every order receive the attention it deserves!

As you know, Seido is run by a small team, and as we prepared ourselves for several months to be joined by a new staff member to help us in a tough situation, borders closed again, letting us still understaffed.

Now, everyone needs to take some rest, our team, partners, craftsmen, and you all. It will seem counterintuitive but don't feel obligated to order, take some time off for yourself, we will come back stronger in 2022, and we hope that you'll be here too.

Thus, Seido will be closed from December 29th to January 4th. We will resume activity on January 5th (Wed).
As usual at Seido, we will provide minimum email support with the goal to answer all messages within 48h during this time.

Please note that all our manufacturing workshops and partners will also close on approximately the same dates.
All orders containing a product (made to order, out of stock product, etc.) for which the production time includes this holiday period will be delayed by approximately 10 days (all is taken into account on the estimated shipping date provided automatically at checkout.)
