2020 has been a very challenging year for the whole world and making no exception, our team has been put under heavy stress for months.
We all need rest. Our team, our partners, our craftsmen, and you all.

This winter, Seido will close from December 30th to January 5th and will resume activity on January 6th (Wed).
During this time, as usual at Seido, we will provide minimum email support with the goal to answer all emails within 48h.

Please note that all our manufacturing workshops and partners will also close at approximately the same dates.
All orders containing a product (made to order, out of stock product, etc.) for which the production time includes this holiday period will be delayed by approximately 10 days (all is taken into account on the estimated shipping date provided automatically at checkout.)

For the specific case of wooden weapons, we will do our best to maintain our stocks as accurate as possible during the holidays, but please note that given the current situation, it may not be 100% accurate and unannounced shortages may happen.

The whole Seido Team wishes you a very merry Christmas, Chag Sameach to our Jewish friends, or simply peace and good health if you feel concerned by none of those two religious events.
