    Beautiful Silk

    This is my first Silk Obi, and it is well made and holds the Iaito perfectly in place. This will most likely be my main Obi to wear.

    Kakuobi Soie, une obi indispensable pour les amateurs de belle matière et de tradition

    Une ceinture traditionnelle japonaise, également adapté pour la pratique des arts martiaux japonais et parmi les pratiquants de Iaido, qui l'utilisent pour y enfiler leur katana, son épaisseur est très appréciable, il est évident que l'esthétisme de cette obi en soie est un plaisir pour celui qui la porte.

    Très belle ceinture pour le iaido, elle est légèrement brillante et sera je pense plus durable que le modèle en coton.

    mauvaise foi

    Pour la deuxième fois en 6 ans je commande un obi pour iaïdo. Le produit est de qualité mais la première fois il est arrivé abimé ce que les gestionnaires n'ont jamais reconnus. Ce sont des personnes de mauvaise foi. Aujourd'hui je commande de nouveau un obi selon les descriptions de vente

    Le produit ne mesure que 400cm. Et bien les gestionnaires ne reconnaissent pas leur erreur et me parlent d'élasticité du produit! Ce ne sont plus des gens de mauvaise foi mais des menteurs, et voleurs. Alors si le produit que vous commandez est comme l'est la description c'est parfait car c'est de la qualité par contre s'il arrive abimé ou n'est pas comme vous le souhaitez alors vous n'avez plus que vos yeux pour pleurer. Triste monde de mécréants.

    Seido n'a pas pour habitude de supprimer/modérer les avis clients.
    En revanche, permettez nous de répondre factuellement à celui ci.

    Vous avez passé une commande en 2018 qui selon vos dires présentait un défaut de fabrication.
    Nous avons procédé au retour, comme convenu.
    Et au retour, nous avons constaté que le produit ne présentait pas un défaut mais une coupure au cutteur sur le produit et son emballage, manifestement faite à l'ouverture.
    Nous n'avons donc pas pu accepter ce retour.

    Concernant cette seconde commande, nous invitons simplement nos clients à consulter la description produit indiquant bien une longueur de 400 - 410 cm.
    Cette description n'a pas été éditée, elle contient cette information depuis la mise en ligne du produit.
    Le visiteur pourra utiliser 'Archive.org' pour s'en convaincre.

    Enfin, nous ne vous avons pas parlé d'élasticité du produit, mais d'une marge d'erreur à la fabrication en fonction de l'élasticité des matériaux. Ceci pour expliquer l'information qui était déjà disponible sur la fiche produit (que vous n'avez manifestement pas lu, et vous refusez toujours à lire).

    My hakama fits better

    This obi fits very nicely. Since it is thinner than my old obi, my hakama actually fits better. The obi stays in place very nicely and helps my hamaka stay in place a little better, too. The silk allows my saya to slide back more easily, which has allowed me to improve my form. The material looks and feels nice; it's enjoyable to just hold it.

    Smooth Silk

    Smooth and thin, though a little bit rough and rigid during the first few times wearing it, but should loosen up nicely afterwards. Might be a little too thin compared to the Cotton Kaku-obi, especially for those with slimmer builds and/or heavyweight iaito, and the saya tends to slip especially after repeated sayabiki.

    Comfortable and smashing look

    At first the obi is a bit disconcerting since it is much finer than the usual cotton one and tends to fold under the hakama, especially if you take your iaito in and out several times. However, I really like it for it allows to tie the obi much firmly and it is much comfortable than the cotton I have. Besides, it really looks amazing!!
